This exercise refreshes your view of your feeling. Like Exercise 1. Context, it unlocks your feeling or your concepts about your feeling. Exercise 1 puts your feeling against different backgrounds. This exercise is more like putting your feeling in the middle of a room and walking around to inspect it from different angles. An important component of emotion management is to keep an open mind about your feelings. Keep investigating, because the less you assume, the more room you have to understand.
